The place is well-maintained, in a great location near medical facilities and a wonderful Italian restaurant, with friendly staff.

Its good, central location was a plus.

The hotel room was well-organised and good-sized with 2 queen beds. The location was particularly good and magnificent for visiting bars and restaurants next to the venue. There was Logan's Alley, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The venue is clean and big, and the views are spectacular. the location is excellent, just off the downtown sites, breweries, restaurants, and attractions like DeVos Convention Center and Hospitals.

The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown was brilliantly friendly, just what I was looking for. the bar was superb, and the food they served was excellent.
